Old stone farmhouse, Mazet des Oliviers, is completely independent, at the heart of the exceptional natural environment of the Domaine located in Labeaume, a favourite village for holidaymakers, scored as one of the most beautiful villages in France.
It offers the comfort of a large interior space (150 m2) but chose to make it a cozy cocoon for 2 people only, looking for space and total tranquility.
For swimming you will have the choice between the magnificent private swimming pool, with a submerged beach for sunbathing, with a view of the abundant nature, or the majestic and calm river. You can reach the property's beaches by a private road in just a few minutes.

Whether you opt for the Goncourt, the latest Lévy or for a magazine evoking celebrity gossip, whether you choose to take a nap in the sun, there’s nothing like a comfortable deckchair with its thick mattress and blankets to ensure relaxation and well-being. Once settled by your swimming pool, let yourself be enchanted by the lapping of the water and the singing birds.

A walk in the undergrowth will also allow you to discover the beaches of the property and to cool down in a calm river suitable for swimming in complete safety.
The clearing facing south in front of the house is surrounded by hundred-year-old oaks, hackberry trees and Mediterranean species which, on the edge of the undergrowth, create spaces, shaded or full of sun, conducive to total rest.
The Domaine is beautifully located, 2 km from all shops, at the heart of majorly listed sites (Pont d'Arc, Chauvet cave or Caverne du Pont d'Arc, Aven d'Orgnac ...) and at the center of all possible activities (Hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, microlight, caving, canoeing, kayaking, horse riding
...)
You will benefit from private parking and free Wi-Fi access throughout the cottage and its terraces.
Facilities
The 75 m2 living room - kitchen (fully equipped) is very bright and open to three directions.From the large room there is direct access to the beautiful swimming pool and the outdoor dining area fitted out with an arbor.
Because rest also means restful sleep, the Mazet des Oliviers benefits from new high quality bedding (classified 5 *), the 160 X 200 bed will be made on your arrival.
Adjoining the bedroom: the separate toilet, which has a window. The large new and bright bathroom with a very big walk-in shower (3XL) is decorated with natural stones. Towels and bathrobes are provided.
The thickness of the walls provides soothing natural thermal regulation on hot summer days.
We wished that your daily stewardship would be made easy by lots of equipment: large refrigerator with freezer space, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, plancha, coffee machines (choice) Flat screen TV, WIFI Internet in all the lodging and its annexes and a wood stove in
addition to the heating, to bring extra charm.
Life in the South extends outside and the care given to the "garden" is essential, an independent entrance leads to the bedroom, level with the garden, via a large stone terrace, partly covered and bordered with flowers
